Main Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Bookings

Imagery Works Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Imagery Works Ltd (“we”, “us”) agrees to provide photography, videography, drone, floorplan, and virtual tour services (“Services”) as detailed in the booking confirmation.

2. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final media. Payments accepted via bank transfer. Late payments incur a 5% monthly surcharge after 14 days overdue.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled shoot receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as soon as possible.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain copyright to all images, videos, and media produced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for marketing purposes only.
Clients must not resell the media without prior permission.

5. Liability

We will exercise reasonable care and skill but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Client Cooperation

Clients must provide access and permissions for the shoot location.
Clients must ensure the property is prepared and accessible for scheduled shoot times.

7. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our separate privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Delivery Times:
Photography delivered within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Video, virtual tours, and complex edits delivered within 5 working days. Delays due to exceptional circumstances will be communicated.

10. Client Approvals:
One rounds of basic revisions are included. Major reworks or reshoots will be quoted separately.
